That’s how much time he played last night in their 4-2 victory against Buffalo, he, as on most nights, led the caps in ice time, with Ovechkin in 2nd at 21:35. Mike managed to stay out of the box and had an assist, while registering 7 shots on goal, this was their last game of [...]

December 31st, 2008Hopefully Back For Good…
December 29th, 2008I don’t like him missing games, but he always seems to have a great game when he comes back from injury. Yesterday helping the Caps win 8 of their last 9 with 2 assists and finishing +2 in 21:53 with a 2 minute minor. Tonight I’m making my way to watch the Germany Vs Canada [...]
Card Section Added
December 24th, 2008I finally got around to adding a hockey card section, right now I have put a checklist of all Mike Green cards to date, I have listed what I currently have and what is on it’s way. I’m always interested in trading or buying the missing cards, I will have a tradelist available in the [...]

December 24th, 2008Day to Day Again…
December 23rd, 2008Green wasn’t able to play tonight, according to USA Today he re injured his shoulder that made him miss 11 games, lets hope the short Christmas break allows him to recover nicely. In the meantime the Caps won and in the end that’s what’s important.

35 New Cards On The Way!!
December 21st, 2008

I like to think of it as a Christmas present to myself, lol, I have just won 4 auctions for a total of 35 Mike Green cards. I will scan them all individually along with the first 3 of my collection when they arrive, probably in a couple weeks. I will also set up a [...]
Is it my fault??
December 21st, 2008Mike struggled last game with a minus four, it was all my fault, I didn’t have time to post anything since the previous game. Considering he played 29:24 out of 60 minutes and they lost 7-1 it kind of makes sense. Lets hope the Caps and him can rebound at the Rangers expense on Christmas [...]
Still at the top!
December 17th, 2008With another victory yesterday against the Islanders not only do the Caps stay on top of the division but they are now only 3 points back of the Rangers with two games in hand. Greenie picked up another point while going +3 in an amazing 28 minutes and 15 seconds of ice time. He managed [...]
More ice time, and more box time…
December 14th, 2008I knew he would have more ice time last night against the habs, it wasn’t much more but considering he spent 4 minutes in the penalty box he still logged some good minutes. Next stop is Long Island on tuesday.
