When I last mentioned his mini 2 game slumped, I hope he would come out of it, and he did, he now 5 points in his last 3 games.

 

I expected after the 30 plus minutes he played on Tuesday night that he wouldn’t play as much the following night, but he logged over 29 minutes. It’s amazing how much ice time he can play. He currently sits in 10th place with over a 25 minutes per game average.

Ovechkin is first amongst forwards with just over 23 minutes. His arch ennemy Malkin is second with about 22 minutes and a half.
