Well I have to admit, Mike didn’t have his strongest game, but the credit lies with the Senators character guys that fore checked hard and worked harder and deserved the win.

Washington is now tied for first in the East with the Penguins, however the Pens have more wins so they are officially in first for now.
Mike finished minus 1, with an assist and four shots on net, that brings his current point scoring streak to 7 games, netting 1 goal and 10 assists in that period.
Nest game is Wednesday when Buffalo visits the Nation’s Capital.
