The Caps didn’t extend their lead on the Sharks because they won also, but they did get their 12th win in a row in an exciting offensive game against the Rangers.

Ovechkin got his 500th point on his 2nd goal of the game which was an awesome goal, between the defenseman’s legs and then one hand over Lundqvist.

Really looking forward to Green being back in the line up tonight against Atlanta, and even more so for the Sunday afternoon game against Crosby-Malkin-Penguins. The later of the two will be shown on NBC at noon eastern time.
