That was the scene yesterday for the Canada-USA hockey game that we were all waiting for. We all expected, after the game against Switzerland, that Canada would bounce back with a monster game.

You have the home advantage with a thunderous crowd and you are playing your own sport, and you lose, what will happen next?

Unfortunately it’s hard to say for this shaky bunch, hopefully we can get passed Germany and then it’s the Russian team, which some say is unpredictable. I can only hope that our players will find their Canadian pride and start playing with heart.

I could easily go on and on, and name tons of reasons why Mike Green and a handful of other players should be there instead of the ones that are there, but there’s no point, we sent this team we have to live with it, but they have to step up their game or else they will have to live with being failures at our sport in our country!

That said… GO CANADA GO!
