Caps dominate all but 10 minutes and lose in a Shootout!

Well we can’t win them all is pretty much all I can say, the Caps dominated the whole game except for the first half of the third period and it cost them the game.

Ovechkin had 2 goals, one short of my predicted hat trick from the previous post.

Mike had an assist, was plus one, had 4 shots and 2 penalty minutes and logged over 28 minutes of ice time, which was most by any player on both teams, over 2 minutes more than Ovechkin who came in second.

It’s not what you like to see, but it’s better to see it now than in the playoffs, losses like this build character and that wins championships.
