I’m a little late with the update today, but in case you didn’t hear yet, the Caps beat Florida last night 3-0. Vokoun stopped all 20 of his former teams shots to get the shutout.

Mike Green got injured by a slash late in the 2nd period, but was back in the third. He had 3 shots in about 21 and a half minutes of ice time but got no points and was even in the plus/minus department.

Washington now has their best start in franchise history by winning 5-0, it’s great but we are still months away from anything important though.
